Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of training and development principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, webinar platforms)
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
